概要
NUMBERS ORACLE は Fuji Bit Inc. が提供するナンバーズ3 / ナンバーズ4 予想アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
データ収集
当社（Fuji Bit Inc.）はサーバーを持たず、ユーザーの個人情報を受け取ったり保存したりしません。アカウント登録・ログインはありません。本アプリが端末内で扱うデータは次のとおりです:
- ユーザーが入力した Claude API キー（iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences に保存）。AI 解説を取得するときに、認証のため Anthropic の API（
api.anthropic.com）へ直接送信されるだけで、当社やその他の第三者には送信されません。 - 「極秘のアルゴリズム」アプリ内課金の購入状態。端末に独自に保存せず、起動時や「購入を復元」のたびに Apple（StoreKit）/ Google Play から取得します。
このほか、広告配信のために広告 SDK（Pangle）が広告 ID などを取得します（下記「広告」参照）。
外部通信
本アプリは以下のサービスと通信します:
- 当選履歴の取得: ナンバーズ3 は mk-mode.com (NUMBERS3_ALL.csv)、ナンバーズ4 は mk-mode.com (NUMBERS4_ALL.csv) の公開 CSV データを取得します。個人情報の送信はありません。
- Claude API (Anthropic): ユーザーがアプリ内で API キーを設定した場合のみ、予想結果と統計サマリーを
api.anthropic.comに送信して AI 解説コメントを取得します。API キー未設定時はこの通信は発生しません。Anthropic プライバシーポリシー - アプリ内課金: 「極秘のアルゴリズム」のアンロック処理に Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing を使用します。決済情報は Apple / Google が直接処理し、本アプリは取引 ID とアンロック状態のみを参照します。
広告（Pangle）
本アプリはバナー広告およびアプリ起動時広告の表示のため Pangle（ByteDance グループの広告ネットワーク）を使用しています。Pangle は Pangle のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを収集・使用する場合があります。
iOS では、広告のパーソナライズに関するトラッキングを行う前に Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークを通じて許可を求めます。許可しない場合でもアプリの機能に影響はなく、非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます。
Pangle は広告のパーソナライズのために端末識別子（IDFA / 広告 ID）や一般的な位置情報を使用する場合があります。パーソナライズ広告は端末の設定からオプトアウトできます:
- iOS: 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング
- Android: 設定 > Google > 広告
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは宝くじ（ナンバーズ3 / ナンバーズ4）を題材にしたエンターテインメントアプリであり、未成年の方を対象としていません。お子様のデータを意図的に収集することはありません。広告コンテンツは年齢に適したものにフィルタリングされています。

Overview
NUMBERS ORACLE is a Numbers 3 / Numbers 4 prediction app provided by Fuji Bit Inc. This privacy policy explains how the app handles user data.
Data Collection
We (Fuji Bit Inc.) run no servers and never receive or store your personal information. There is no account registration or login. The app handles the following data on your device:
- The Claude API key you enter (stored in iOS UserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences). It is sent only directly to Anthropic's API (
api.anthropic.com) to authenticate AI commentary requests, and never to us or any other third party. - Purchase state for the "Secret Algorithm" in-app purchase. The app does not store it separately; it is retrieved from Apple (StoreKit) / Google Play at launch and whenever you tap "Restore Purchases".
In addition, the ad SDK (Pangle) collects the advertising ID and related data to deliver ads (see "Advertising" below).
Network Communication
The app connects to the following services:
- Draw history fetch: Numbers 3 from mk-mode.com (NUMBERS3_ALL.csv), Numbers 4 from mk-mode.com (NUMBERS4_ALL.csv) — public CSV sources. No personal information is transmitted.
- Claude API (Anthropic): Only when you configure an API key in the app, your generated predictions and statistics summary are sent to
api.anthropic.comto fetch an AI commentary. If no API key is set, no such request is made. Anthropic Privacy Policy - In-App Purchase: The "Secret Algorithm" unlock uses Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled directly by Apple / Google; the app only sees the transaction ID and unlock state.
Advertising (Pangle)
The app uses Pangle (an ad network of the ByteDance group) to display banner ads and app-open ads. Pangle may collect and use data as described in Pangle's Privacy Policy.
On iOS, the app requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any ad-personalization tracking. You can decline without affecting app functionality; non-personalized ads will be shown instead.
Pangle may use device identifiers (IDFA / advertising ID) and general location data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads
Children's Privacy
This app is entertainment themed around the Japanese lotteries Numbers 3 / Numbers 4, is not intended for minors, and does not knowingly collect data from children. Ad content is filtered to be age-appropriate.
